Solstice Pale Ale

This lively hopped brew uses a one off hop called Amarillo. It is very bright with a bit of a zing to it. Many brewers are just discovering this magnificent hi-bred. I would call this pale ale a near IPA but without the megahop finish with citrus that one usually gets in the North American IPA's. Its a golden colored hue but has some color by the use of Crystal Malt That is used to soften the finish and give this popular brew a permenent residency card on our menu
